Pastel pink

{Jonathan Simkhai pastel pink two piece & Illesteva sunnies}

A good two piece is a rare find. I found this gem on the Net-a-porter summer sale. It's not too late to head to their site! It just so happened to be a perfect 'fit for the NYC Trunk Club launch party which was a wild success. I'm lucky to work with so many amazing people in an industry I love.

Feeling grateful on this beautiful summer day.

Spring coats

Spring coats - There is nothing more satisfying after a long winter than finally wearing shorts. It's that 55 degree and sunny temperature that's appropriate for showing a little skin, but a layer is still ample to keep warm in the shaded areas. Spring and fall jackets are one of my favorite items to invest in. Growing up in San Francisco, a light jacket was all I really needed on a cold day.

Thank you to my lovely boy-toy for snapping these on our walk to morning coffee. It was a more than perfect Sunday in this 'fit.

'fit: Illesteva sunnies, Rag & Bone shorts, Splendid tee, Chinese Laundry flats, & vintage Rebecca Moses long coat

'chella vibes

The Coachella Music Festival is an annual tradition for me. It's crazy to think how long I've been going. Having spent my college years in LA, it was a simple drive and a perfect excuse to visit my wonderful grandmother who has lived there since I was a kid. The dessert became one of my favorite getaways, so I make it out there even from NYC. I always stay with her and her boyfriend in La Quinta, and they are gracious hosts. Who could say no to the best breakfast places around Palm Dessert? That's our thing - breakfast, before a long day of gallivanting on the polo fields with my friends from artist to artist!

Can you tell my breakfast outfit from my Coachella one?

'fit 1: Kiini swimsuit, Levi's shorts, Illesteva sunnies, Converse sneakers.

'fit 2: Michael Kors dress, Sam Edelman sandals, DKNY vintage finge jacket (thanks to my moms closet full of treasures), Ray Bans blue lenses.

Sunnies obsessed

Soho - I started my day in my go-to Ray Bans and ended in my new IIlestevas. My newest obsession is their version of the Emmanuel. Logan and I must have tried on every pair in the store, which ended in a funny photograph of both of us wearing our new sunnies the staff takes and puts on the wall of all their customers. I can't wait to sport them at Coachella...I'm counting down the days...

Last minute outfit ideas will be on the blog next...
